Can someone help me with information on a business issue? |
I live in the northern virginia area and my boyfriend wants to open a european grocery store, but we don't know where to begin. We have been looking at leasing offices and calling them but they don't seem to be interested in the idea we have. Why is it so hard to get the approval? Also are there any grants that we may apply for? I just need help. Tell me everything you may know about this!
