How can I go about finding a lawyer to help me with problems withthe management at my Hud section eight apartm

The partime receptionist at my HUD apts. served me a false violation of drunk and disorderly conduct. I went to the leasing office to speak with the manager. I told her that I was very upset and that I felt that they had made a mistake. Then the part time receptionist came out of the back office, yelling at me.they asked me what had happened the day before? I said nothing, the receptionist started yelling at me, saying that my son had gotten into a fight with two or three other boys. I kept shaking my head no, I did not recall any of this! She kept yelling at me insisting that it did, and that she was a witness, that she saw them with her own eyes.I asked her in a very polite manner to please stop yelling at me , and that we should be able to talk about the incident in a calm manner, as adults and professionals should . I also explained that I was adhd, and suffer from depression, and severe anxiety w/ panic attacks, she cont. yelling until I started crying!I lhad to go hm,and takemeds

Best thing to do is getting a list of lawyers and start calling around. I have attached a link of HUD lawyers. Read a few sites and see if they have represented similar cases. If so make the call...

There is nothing a lawyer can do to help you unless you are being evicted. Yelling and accusing is not illegal.

yellow pages and patience

It's hard to recall what happened when you're drunk. You know that. Hud, section 8? Why aren't you out bringing home the bacon for your family? Gut up, man.
