鈽匒nyone knows where I can rent an office space near by University of Manitoba? (Winnipeg, Canada)鈽?

Hi, everyone.

I need just a small office space (with a desk and a chair in there) IN or nearby University of Manitoba, but only around for 3months. Does anyone know if University lease their office spaces to people?

If not, or if there is no space around U of M, it's fine if you know some places in south of the Winnipeg...(Like Kenaston...)

and please tell me if it's available to rent only for short terms like 3months...(If you know even price, please tell me too!)
