Lost USPS package? |
My boyfriend recently purchased me a Christmas gift off of Nordstroms.com. He started to become alarmed this week because he had not yet received the package. So, he logged onto USPS.com and put in his package tracking number and according to USPS, the package was delivered on December 4th at 10:27 AM. Now, my boyfriend obviously did not receive the packge. He lives in an apartment building and immediately called the leasing office. They do not have the package. He then called USPS and they stated that they do not have the package either. I'm starting to think that the mailman left it outside of his apartment and someone stole it. USPS will only reimburse if there was insurance on the package. Did anyone sign for the package ? Was a signature required ? |
