How can i break my building leases?

I just opened a business, signed a 3 yr. lease contract on an office building but things have changed and i need to move. Any suggestions?

Your lease will outline the terms for ending the lease early. It usually involves a monetary penalty. You may be required to find a subleasor or be responsible for rent for the duration of the contract.

Read your lease and/or speak with the building management.

find fault or just pay the remaining of the lease
