Help! the power is out in my new apartment!?

I've lived here for a week and now my power is out and its suppose to get to 100 degrees today. How can I get the power to come back on? I've switched all the breakers on and off and nothhing happened. I tried to call the utility company and leasing but the office closed for the day already.
Please help!

Make sure the main breaker isnt tripped

As long as you called the utility company, there isn't much more you can do but wait. If it's been off for a while, I'd call them back and ask for a guess of when the power will be back on. I had this very thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago and the high was 106. It was 3 in the afternoon and it was out for an hour. Good luck to you.

Check with your neighbor and see if their power is also out. If it is then you need to call the power company. Look in the phone book for their emergency number. If your the only one with you power out call the after hours number for your apt. complex

Well check with your neighbors and see if their power is out. The previous tenant may have taken the power out of their name and the utility company disconnected it before either processing your order or the order from you leasing agent. If you are just experiencing an outage your utility company should have an emergency number staffed that can answer your questions and get your power restored. I would also make some other arrangements , like head to the mall so your not sitting there in the blistering heat.....Good luck....

So how did you type this question?

Should have paid the bill.
