Do you know why most of the used laptops on ebey are DELL?

Is it because people after certain time resell them and get a new Dell, or because dell has a lease with big companies, hospitals government offices etc.
And all this companies get new computers from Dell and sell the old ones to some dealers

Spaceman, what do you mean sell computers to the third world as refurbished when they are used.
You mean third world people are so stupid that can't see the difference between a brand new item over a used one.

Or may be Dell is doing business with third world thieves who sell them in small stores as brand new

When I worked for a high-tech company in California, we replaced our computers every other year or so, mostly from Dell, and resold old components to company members.

I attained several working computers for 50 dollars each.

Mostly the latter -- lots of businesses use Dells. They're also relatively reliable in general.

no, it is because ... Dell is by far the worst computer on the market so once it breaks or has a problem instead of dealing with the situation and repairing the dell computer, it is easier to buy a new computer and buy a real computer Not a Dell

DELL is one of the most popular laptops out there for companies and home user this is why most are found being sold on e-bay is cause they are very poorly supported when new verison come out.

Most laptop are also know as the disposable computer.

simply because there are more dells than any other brand, and they are the BEST.

no one wants a mac......

Number of reasons:
1-Dell is the largest seller of notebooks in the U.S.
2-Dell has crazy deals and lots of coupons, that contribute towards #1. So a 2/3 of the time I personally buy a notebook it is not because I need a new one but because Dell has a deal I can not resist.
Dell also has a large number of computers on lease but at the end of the lease those are usually returned to dell, refurbished and then sold as refurbs or in bulk to 3rd world countries.
