Does this girl want to hang out with me?

There is this woman that is probably in her upper 20's and is taking over my apt lease because I am moving. Heres what she send me in a e-mail and I'm not sure if she means by it or wants to hang out with me. I am a attractive guy so I think she might but just tell me if you think she wants to hang out and drink with me?

It sounds as though she definitely likes you, but she is testing the waters to see if you just want to "hang out" or if you are interested in more. Women will often play the buddy card when they are interested in a guy but aren't certain of his intentions.
