Ceiling collapsed!!?

OK THIS IS THE SITU. I LIVED IN APARTMENT FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS. i GAVE IN THIRTY DAYS NOTICE., BECAUSE OF THE OFFICE NOT TAKING CARE OF MY REQUEST AND SO MANY MORE REASONS. SO IM 3 DAYS AWAY FROM MY THIRTY DAYS.....AND ITS RAINING.MY ROOF STARTS LEAKING AND FALLING APART. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THAT. BECAUSE I WAS JUST PLANNING TO PAY 1300 DOLLARS TO BREAK MY LEASE

If you have alot of water coming in, then I would say you dont have to pay to break the lease because the premises is not habitable. If the roof is that bad. contact your division of real estate and let them know.

That is not your responsibility...that is a maintenance issue.

They can still hold you for the rent if they pay for a place to stay temporarily while the ceiling is fixed...which can easily be done in a couple of days.
