Connect 2 LANs using windows?

I am having two LANs-one at the Head Office and the other at the Factory. Both have leased line connectivity. Both have a different range of IP addresses. How can I access the systems at these two different locations.

If u r using win-xp then put ur office system's ip address in home system and home ip address in office system.

User windows 2003 server as router inbetween 2 network for routing u r hoem and office LANS. for more information type , windows 2003 router in google , u will get lots of information

u will hve to make trust between both the the networks by giving enteries in alternate dns, forwarders(dns) and make new trust
