Microsoft Office 2007 Line Spacing Default?

Hey, I use Microsoft Outlook often and I've noticed the line spacing default appears to be double lines. This causes problems as when my clients see isn't exactly what I see. Is there anyway in office to set the default line spacing to single line 1.0?

Right Click on the Normal button and select modify.

Click the format button at the bottom and select paragraph.

Change the After spacing from 10 pt to 0 pt and change the line spacing to single.

Click OK
Select the "New Documents based on this template option" and click OK.

That should do it.
