Ideas for a 40th birthday!?!?

This girl that I work with is turning 40 tomorrow & we are doing a little something for her. This isn't nessary a birthday "party" we are trying to put together, just some little gag-ideas -- we are going to tarp off her "office/desk space" & fill it with black balloons, post facts back from the year 1968 all over her office, & we are having her mom bring us a picture of her from when she was in high school ((in the 80's!!)) Her mom is one of our managers -- so our managers are cool with all of this. Just needing some more ideas. She is a super laid back chick & basically nothing offends her -- so...just need some ideas!!?? Any ideas/advise would be nice =) Ha. Thanks. 鈾?/div>
