I am interested in building out office space of 720 sq feet in the Tampa Bay area.?

I was wondering what I could expect for an appox. square foot price. The space would be inside an existing warehouse building. 720 total square feet consisting of 3 offices and an open reception area. Ceiling would be around 10 feet and insulated. Carpet only on the floors and no plumbing will be needed. Would need electrical. There would also need to be a staircase (nothing fancy) going to an existing second floor storage room. Assume the A/C unit is currently present and would just need duct work to the individual office spaces. The space would need to be drawn also for permitting. Can anyone give me an idea of an approx. price range that I can expect to spend per square foot?

Florida is more expensive than alot of places. And commercial is more expensive than residential. AND remodelling (which is what this would fall under) is more expensive than new construction. That being said...I would say you're looking AROUND $75-100/sq ft. Until you get an estimate from a contractor down there, you won't have an exact figure. The reason I can't be more specific is because of the price of raw materials in florida. It fluctuates alot based on the season due to you're aparent love of hurricanes:)
