Office space cheap? Idea: Buying an RV? After hours access? |
I need an office for a home business-consulting-and don't make enough to take the risk of signing a one year lease. I have been considering buying a cheap RV (27 foot) to convert as an office, but storage places have gate hours and my appts. are in the evening. Plus, what about insurance-is there additional if you use it as a business "office"? I don't know anything about this, but I am trying creative ideas that are cheap if/when appts. are slow and money isn't coming in at times. I have considered bartering office space for help, too. I can't rent for each appt. either, I have equipment that needs a permanent home. thanks in advance for your help! It sounds like you are in a pretty tough spot right now... I would consider shopping around for executive suites in the area . Executive Suites are built out centers (so there's no construction/installing fees to have to consider) in these type of spaces you can literally sign an agreement today and move in tomorrow. Many executive suites out there include internet service, electricity, furnishing, etc in one monthly price. |
