I accidentally deleted Microsoft Office!! Help, please.?

I accidentally deleted MS Office while trying to free up space on my hard drive. (my computer run's Vista) I tried to system restore however it's been too long, apparentlly I uninstalled other programs as well and I can't back track far enough to the date that I removed MS Office. How can I get MS Office back? (without buying another copy) Also... I have Vista stored on my computer via online download from Microsoft. I can create a CD copy of Vista, but the file is something like 4.5g in size. Do they make CD's large enough to write the entire program on one disk?

Please note: I have two questions and my computer runs Vista. I appreciate your help.

Is the Microsoft Office the trial version or you own the copy? Double layers with high density DVD can easily store 4.5G of data. The recovery part of your operating system will get the trial MS Office back, but you will need to backup all of your data files before you do this.

Oh goodness! that happened to me last year, I had to go and buy a new one altogether! Not a very pleasant feeling at all, tell me about it!
