Problem with Microsoft Office Word 2000, Need Help?

I am typing a paper for school, I have my name and everything in the left double spaced, and I have a header. When I finished the table, that I need. It refuses to go below the heading. It goes to page 2 and stays there, it is not the margins. when I view in the regular view. A dotted line appears right over the table. Please help i am very frustrated.

It sounds like you may have put that table in the page header. That's not a good thing to do. Once the header has become as big as the page, it can't get bigger.

If that's the case, cut-and-paste the table outside the header, into the body of the page.

Maybe you can try clicking on it holding the click and drag it below the header.

ok. the dotted line over the middle of the chart is the page break.
make sure that the header is all the way as far as you can get it to the top and make sure that the ruler on the left has like maybe a 1/2 inch or less gray spot above it. this will move the typing area closer to the top of the screen. also, make sure that you didn't put a whole bunch of space between the top of the page and the top of the chart. that can do this too.
