Can I hypnotize myself like that movie office space?

I want to just hypnotize myself so I wont have any worries.

I am a hypnotherapist and hypnosis or rather trance is a naturally occurring phenomenon that we are all born with and it follows that anybody can be hypnotised. Indeed everybody is always in some level of trance and at least twice a day you go naturally into a deeper level of trance that precedes sleep and follows sleep when you are waking up!

It is easy to hypnotise yourself and happens many times a day without even thinking about it such as when we day dream and whether we do it absent-mindedly, deliberately, with a CD or a therapist it is perfectly safe and we will always emerge from the trance unharmed since your autonomic nervous system is always keeping a watchful eye on your well-being in case of unforeseen events such as the telephone ringing during your trance! Best to turn the phone off!

Hypnosis is free if you search "Google" "Google video" and "You Tube" for famous hypnotists "Wendi Friesen" "Richard Nongard" and "Cal Banyan" who have on their Websites many free self hypnosis resources and Wendi Friesen even has A Hypnosis Radio show with earlier Pod cast downloads on her website! Take Wendi's hypnotisability tests?

Go to Google video and You Tube video and just do a general search for hypnosis and be amused by some great stars of hypnosis for hours you may get such legendary greats as the Dean of American hypnosis the late Ormond McGill

They have self hypnosis tapes and Cd's in Borders in the audio self help section... Some work, some don't.

Check out the credentials of the hypnotist on the box. If there are little or none, move on and chose another, more qualified person.

You will always have worries its called life. Some people cant be hypnotized. You can download some self hypnosis tapes on the internet if you want to try that.

I dont believe that is possible, if you hypnotize yourself alone 驴who would wake up you?. Better that a professional Does it.
