The prominent lyric in the song seems to be "Damn it feels good to be a gangster"?

I'm pretty sure it's "Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gansta" by Ghetto Boys.

Love the movie, and I got the song after watching it one afternoon.

The guy above me is right but the artist name is spelled Geto Boys. It's from the album "Best Uncut Dope".
