Where would I find a typical lease for office space, preferably triple net? Depends on how much space you need. If your needs are simple, as in a one or two person professional office, then researching local real estate listing in the newspaper may do the trick. Also, consider local trade association chapters, like doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. They may have knowledge or people who want to rent one of two smaller offices. If you share resources, like reception and conference rooms, this can be a real money saver. |
