My office building doesn't allow space heaters but my feet are constantly cold...how can i keep them warm?

This could be a sign of poor circulation. You probably want to see a doctor before a serious medical condition arises.

You can also go to long black tube socks these tend to keep the heat in better, absorb any perspiration and still let your feet breath so that you don't get the bacteria build up that you do with nylon or polyester. Also being black they go with dress pants fine.

Also make sure that your shoes are not too tight. Tight shoes will also restrict blood flow causing your feet to feel cold.

Get some fleece socks, or some hunting socks with heaters in them. You can get them at a sporting goods store.

Buy some of those socks that are heated. Or buy those things skiers put in there boots to keep them warm, hot packs or something like that.

bring your fuzzy house slippers to work and while you are at your desk you can slip your feet in them to warm them up

Invest is some UGGIES...they are the best and very comfy!

Or somebody could rub them for you!
