Space limits and over-flowing filing cabinet? |
I work in an office that has a limited space and an already stuffed to the max filing cabinet. It is a human resources department so we need access to everyone's file and storing off site is not an option. Any suggestions on how to get more files into the cabinet or other storage solutions? If it is possible to store the physical documents off-site, but retain electronic copies on a server, that may be an ideal option. It does require the investment in a good quality scanner, but may be worth the money and time it will take to scan all the documents. |
