Feng shui advice for Office ?

I just moved to a bigger office and I'm trying to organize this space based on feng shui. I have 2 L type desks inside, mine is positioned on SE corner, and our employee's desk is positioned on NW corner, so we are both facing eachother.
I positioned our desks so that our back is not against the entrance and as well as the window. I just feel kinda awkward if we're facing eachother constantly and I wonder if it's bad for feng Shui to be facing your employee (more like friends/family) or co-worker as well. Compared to our previous office though, I feel our communication will be better, since we had 2 small private offices with doors facing each other, so it was always difficult to hear each other. The only thing that's covering our faces is our computer monitor. Our desks are about 2 1/2 feet apart from eachother, I do not know if I should put something in between us.
p.s. They say it's good for busines to put a painting of lake/ocean. but where?? they say not behind my desk thou

You can leave the desks where they are and put them at an angle. See if you can find a huge artificial tree, ficus tree to put in between the desks, this would obstruct the view of each other and also brighten up the place and add beauty.
