Microsoft word spacing/extra white space issues....?

I have a bad document. Nothing is wrong with any other documents I have created or opened since then. The ruler goes across the top of the page. In all other documents it spans exactly the width of the widespace in the print layout view. In this ONE document, the ruler only covers about 3/4 of the page including both the rulered amount and the greyed out amount. There is about a 1/4th of the page that the ruler does not span-this is white space that gets printed when the printing is done.

There is nothing wrong with the print driver or the printer. Everything else except this one document does work fine. The document is screwy in office 2002, 2003, and 2007. I also tried it on 3 different computers.

I am looking for the way to either make the vertical ruler span the entire page so there isn't that left over white space, or find the way to chop off that white space. Again, the printer and print driver are not the issue, and the margins and layout are set correctly.

Thank

I get some white space to the right of my text when I turn on Comments or Track Changes. They usually put other obvious marks on the page, though, like vertical change bars and red change balloons next to changes. Still, bring up the Reviewing toolbar and check these out.
