Can you help me with microsoft office labels? |
i am using microsoft office to make labels. i found a template i liked and used that with no problems on the first page. however, when i got to the second page the grid lines were no longer there, i tabbed over as usual and the labels continued. HERES THE PROBLEM - i can get the labels on the 2nd page to have the space between the lables. does anyone know how i can get teh same guidelines to apply to all pages of this document? i am entering information in each label, manually typing it Instead of using the down arrow all the time, use the tab key. Most labels are set up in a table format, and once you get to the end of the current table, the tab key will automatically add a new row to the end. When you reach a page break, it will automatically bring the format with it, therefore keeping the same cell size and everything. Did you do a merge, or are you typing individual labels? You might want to insert a page break. |
