Church managing database: Web vs. App?

I'm currentlly managing our church membership and other information using MS-ACCESS. It is working well on my standalone computer. However, I think we are going to need several volunteers to manage several kind of information(membership, attendance, skill, offering, etc..)
I just happen to have Relational Database experience but I don't think I am going to manage everything by myself. So, I am feeling that we need another solution. Our church office space is too small. People who have computer skills often have internet access at home. The answer is web base database? What do you think? Pros. and Cons? Do you have real experience with web base system. I checked several services, Church Office Onlie, ACS Technologies, Church Hand, IConCMO. What else do you know?

This is a good question. I've looked at many web-based church management programs out there. The one I ended up using is www.membershipedge.com

Their price is reasonable (our church pays less than $150/year) and I really like their reports. They offer several resports no one else seems to have. Take a look.
