How important is feminie hygiene dispensers in women's bathrooms?

At my company we have the dispensers but they're giving me the silliest reasons why we don't supply the products to put IN the dispensers. They're telling me that the building we rent office space doesn't supply or maintain it. My supervisor once told me that our company is supposed to. I asked my office manager once again and all he says is that the building doesn't supply or maintain them. um...ok, so then why don't we??? I told him it's important for us women and never got a response back. What are your opinions. curious...

I agree with the above answer.
Sometimes it's an emergency, and you don't want to make a fool out of yourself when they see red on your pants. It's an awful way to treat you if they don't care about your problems.

The company is not obligated to furnish feminine hygiene products. There was a time the dispensers were part of the building code in most parts of the United States if not universally, so they appear in almost all commercial buildings built before 2003. Thus all you can do is request the firm supply the dispensers.

I would say it's needed who the Hell wants to make their own out of toilet paper been there done that it sucks.

I would sneak into the men's room to see if there's a condom machine in there.If there is and "if" has a supply in it. I would raise a stink!! no pun intended!

Were the people from your office, the ones you spoke to, MEN? That says it all. Men do not bother about such things because ....
1) They are uncomfortable talking about the unmentionables.
2) They don't have a need for such things.
3) They are afraid that if they were to bring it up to the proper people, they might get laughed at.
4) They would rather You fight your own battles.
