I got a new job, should i give my notice now or wait till the background check comes back? |
The new job has to do a background check on me. I have a clear background check, nothing criminal or anything like that. So I'm wondering if I should wait till I get that back b4 I put in my notice or just bouce on this job, cause my boss is Lumberg from Office Space, a.k.a, annoying. Wait until the new employer calls you back saying that you are hired and ask when you can start. Then give your notice to your previous employer at least week 2 weeks is good. i would wait just in case!! you never know whats gona happen. it only takes a day or two for the check to come back. All you owe them is two weeks notice. Pure and simple. Never burn a bridge if you can avoid it. |
