A small start up company and hiring your first employee?

Hello,
I have a website going up in mid December. The problem is I have NO knowledge of computers or hosting etc...
What would be the bare minimum I would hire to get me up and going with the website?
Is it possible to hire on line, because i have no office space yet?

For a bare startup I suggest using one of those services that has templates for websites; they charge only about $20 per year.
For hiring, meet prospects in a neutral location for the initial interview.
