I have a older Lady that works with me and she smells really bad!!?

It smells like urine and cats pee and its very pungent, we are in a very wide open office space but you can still smell her. She is a very sweet lady and I just can't stand it anymore. What should I do. Anyway you look at her feelings will be hurt.

Tell her in private so that she knows before someone announces it publicly and causes embarrasement. Just pull her aside and tell her that her perfume must be wearing off that ought to let her catch on.

Go to your HR dept.; explain the problem the way you have here and they will know how to handle it delicately and anonymously.
