My printer is not printing any jobs that are in queue, how do Iresolve this issue?

unpugged the printer and cancelled all the print job that were in queue, removed/reinstalled the drivers checked the carts.there is no paper jam, I am out of resources please some advise at this point am willing to try just about anything...well except for reinacting the movie ''Office Space''

It may have a stale job in the queue. Cancel all the jobs in the queue, restart computer and start fresh.

Try to troubleshoot. If it will not work, try to contact the manufacturer for the technical help

If it's not an HP printer, go get your money back. HP's are the MOST reliable out there, and barely have these sorts of problems. Seriously, get a refund and buy an HP.

Reset the printer
