Funny birthday party Ideas for my boss?

We want to throw a gag birthday party for my male boss. He's thrown "My little ponies" party for a guy, "Office Space TPS report" party among others. Any funny ideas?

A princess party! Get stuff to do pedicures (cheap at the dollar store), get him a tiara, etc.
