Office coworker problem, she is annoying?

We share a common cubical in work space, and she brings tons of fast food, chips, all kind of cheesy smelly stuff to her desk and creates a mess in our common space. Its fine if she eats like twice or thrice a day but she keeps on eating all the day and i am not able to take that sound, smell any more. I told her many times but she never takes it serious and even started offering me food these days.

She is so over weight and some times she explains me how bad she feels being over weight, but never stops eating. I don't want to make her feel bad but just want to help her to overcome. Does she has any kind of depression ? or any problem? and can i help her?

She may not like the things you do.... i think if she is working there jus like you she has the right. as long as she isnt breaking any rules at work.. she is fine. you need to be more understanding and not so judgemental... If she was skinny.. would it bother you that she was eating all day? Probly not..

tell her your new years resolution this next year is to help her eat healthier while at work...the only food allowed in your cubicle is fresh veggies without any dip...nothing else..if she cannot keep this resolution you want to hear nothing else about how bad she feels with her weight...and you dont want to smell nor see any of her food...and if you do you will throw it away as it is attracting bugs and tell her you saw a roach in your cubicle...

You could try. bring a chair next to her and start talking. ask if she's alright then work from there. does she have any problems? why are you eating so much and then say you have a weight problem? have you tried to workout and take some diet pills at the same time?

Have you seen a doctor (if needed)?

I don't believe that you are in a position to help her.

She has listened to your concerns and has unilaterally decided to ignore your input.

Tell her that you are going to speak to management about the problem unless she makes some changes. If she refuses, then you must follow through on your promise.

Then, if management won't take you seriously, move out into the hallway until they respond.

I don't believe that you can help her. She needs to be exposed to professional behavior modification techniques.
