I find it hard to be in an office for too long.?

I am used to having free space around me. This is for my student work placement & I need to do it to get my certificate. I don't know how I shall cope with this as I am not used to it.

You should be checked for low blood sugar often people with low sugar are claustrophobic. Some days they don't even go outside & pull shades. Cut back sugars, Eat some licorice, That will not cure it all but a start there are some herbs on market to help, too.

Do you mean it makes you panic or claustropobic? If so, I would suggest keep a bottle of water with you, try to get out as often as possible for fresh air and deep breaths.
If you don't mean this, maybe try the fresh air thing anyway (even if it's just being near an open window or a fan or something) and try to avoid getting your workspace cluttered as this can add to the feeling of enclosure. Just stay chilled and embrace it rather than fight it, you're fine. :-)
