Which would you choose???

Right now I share an office (with a very loud woman). We are moving and now I can either share an office again with her or have a sectional space, which is not a cubical but a big l-shaped desk and the files I need near me.

PROS

路 Privacy (phone calls & comp? )
路 No more distraction
路 Would have to sit by the door
路 People can visit me


CONS

路 no more windows
路 no more office
路 no more window plants
路 file cabinets near me..now they will prob ask me to pull files since they cant walk

Given I'm not a window person (As I don't see why people think it's a benefit), and having an office is over rated because others tend to think you are the gathering zone and feel that shutting a door is shutting them out.
As for having a filing cabinet near you, I think it's great because then you don't have to walk across the office to get the things you need.
I had a desk that was L shaped, at a cross section of two hallways, and always had people passing by me, and I loved it because I learned to focus on my work, not the people around me. When I had an office (or the desk I have now) I tended to slack off to much since no one paid attention to me.

those cons are too much for me
