Are these reproductive terms correct?

Male Reproductive Parts
1) Scrotum - A sac which protects the testes
2) Testes - The male sex gland, it is responsible for producing sperm and producing the male hormone, testosterone
3) Vas Deferens - A tube which carries sperm from the testes to the urethra
4) Prostate Gland - Responsible for producing some parts of the seminal fluid
5) Seminal Vesicles - Responsible for producing some parts of the seminal fluid
6)Urethra - Carries the sperm (or semen????) to the tip of the penis
7) Penis - The exit point of the sperm and urine. Is always what is inserted into the vagina during intercourse.

Female Reproductive System
1)Ovaries - The female sex gland, responsible for the production of the ovum and the female sex hormone, oestrogen
2) Fallopian Tube - A tube connected from the ovaries to the uterus, that creates a passageway for the ovum to get there. It is also where the sperm (or semen????) meets the ovum
3)Uterus - The site of fertilisation.
4) Vagina - (no space)

I would agree with your answers except the following:
Male reproductive system
6. I would use term sperm not semen.
Female reproductive system
2. The sperm meets the egg here so this is the site of fertilisation.
3. Site of foetus development
4. Vagina - where sperm enter the female reproductive tract.

The uterus is not the site of fertilization. Fertilization occurs in the fallopian tubes.
