How can you tell if a guy is a player?

Ive been seeing this guy for 2 months..this is what he does...

-After 1 month and a half of seeing eachother he tells me talks to other girls but he assures me hes not seeing them, they are just friends..hmm
-Im not the type of girl that needs to call a guy every day but he said he didnt like that so b/c of him I *try* to call him everynight on his cell but most of the time its busy or he doesnt answer.
-He doesnt want to call me, he wants me to call him because he said he used to do that a lot and he didnt like how it made him look like...something like that
-I dont know a lot of things about his past relationships, he mentioned a 4 year relationship.
-Doesnt want to meet my family but Ive met all his friends and one of his brother
-He told me he gives a lot of space to girls because then it makes them want him... (his explanation about his behaviour)
-He doesnt want to see me a lot to keep things interesting
- He goes out clubbing..every week.

So what do you think?

Sounds to me like you are basically his safety net, and he keeps you around so that he has something to fall back on.

A relationship is two way, and usually involved compromise, He can not expect you to do all the work, nor can he expect to act like he is still single when he is dating you.

You just need to ask yourself are you really happy with this guy? does he make you feel special? because it seems to me like he is just using you. And you deserve better.

If you really care about this guy, and want to make it work, I suggest you have a talk with him, and tell him what you expect from him as a boyfriend if he wants the relationship to continue.
Whether he is a player or not, I cant answer, but sounds like an asshole to me;)

He's a player. He wants all the attention from you without giving even a thought to you. He likes to tell his friends how many women keep calling him. All the girls that he talks to are in the same position as you, friends or maybe more, depending on how he feels that day.

If he were more interested in you than in any of the rest, he would act like it. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about you and is interested in you, look for someone else. It's definitely not this guy.

he go clubbing every weekend .. wat the hell??
he doesnt share his past with u !!!

so its kinda obvious that he is a player .. if he is not a player then he is not ready for being in a relationship now

Sometimes its written on his forehead but in another language, get someone to transulate for you,if that dont work check the shoes he wears.
