Can an Ontario landlord have a lease with a tenant that is based on the tenant's employment with the landlord?

For example, if I have a business and I meet a prospective tenant, can I rent a space to them (near the workplace) but have it in their rental agreement that they would have to vacate the rental unit if they were no longer employed by me?

I own a business, and I also own rental property near the business. It would be convenient to be able to rent to this person if I also hire them. But I would want it so that they would be obligated to leave the unit if their employment ended.

I have heard that this is done with farm workers, but that's not the business I'm in.

Can this be done? Would this be legal? And where would I find legislation that pertains to this sort of thing?

I'm not going to say yes or no on this, because it's too clearly the subject matter of legal advice...

Have a good thorough read through the rest of the RTA, though, because there may be some additional requirements that I'm not aware of.
