How Do I Have A Healthy Relationship With A Major Mental Illness?

I have Bi-Polar (along with some other issues)
I'm really an intelligent guy with lots to offer but some things keep me out of having a relationship.
Even though I have highs and lows, etc. I think I've gotten better at coping with them over the years.
I really see myself as a rational reasonable person from implementing cognitive therapy skills.
With all that said, I've been divorced for 7 years, dated a handful of times, and just feel jaded by bad relationships.
I'm on disability and that makes it harder to meet a quality person as I seem like "damaged goods".
And really, I'm fickle if I even want to be in a LTR if I ever found one.
I've gotten use to my space. Sometimes I like my solitude. And other times I get really lonely.
So it's a catch 22 for me.
Any female (or male) advice out there on how I motivate myself to want to be in a healthy relationship?

Hi, I think the key is being honest with how you are feeling and find someone who wont judge you- maybe you may find a really nice girl that understands mental illness. I think the main thing is to be yourself and be honest so you dont have to bring things out of the closet later on....
