The bible speaks explicitly about the times we live in now and what events are about to shake the earth.

Check it out..In revelation it shows that all of those involved in False Religion (All false religious groups now on Earth) are about to meet their demise.

The prophecies written by Daniel & Isaiah depicted an even greater downfall of false religion known as Babylon the Great in the book of Revelation, where it shows that the writing is already on the wall for all false religion as we know it today.

I have made some more notes to clarify & cement your points on the correct time frame as to when Babylon fell. (539BCE is the correct date)

None the less it makes very interesting reading as to how false religion was judged by God in those times & for how God will soon deal with false religion on this earth in the NEAR future.

The cuneiform tablets found by archaeologists, though not giving details concerning the exact manner of the conquest, do confirm the sudden fall of Babylon to Cyrus. According to the Nabonidus Chronicle, in what proved to be the final year of Nabonidus鈥?reign (539聽B.C.E.) in the month of Tishri (September-October), Cyrus attacked the Babylonian forces and defeated them.

What/who are the false religions? Who/where are the true worshipers? Help me understand?

We are living in the time that is called "as in the days of Noah". Every one is going on and things are getting worse, but who is paying attention ?? We are going to watch things get worse, from weather , to murders or crimes,to more false cults and teachers , to more drugs and booze , to false prophets, etc etc . Who knows what is really next could be another big war .But for sure we are waiting for the taking up , (rapture ) I say this because of all the things pointing towards it , and no one knows when it will happen

This latter date has been confirmed by Babylonian records which include lunar eclipses. In other words, it is considered by scholars to be incontrovertible. At one time, historians accepted an earlier date, but that was based on records that have always been recognized as historically questionable (with regard to date).


Please examine the date of 607 B.C.E. carefully. Consider carefully the source for the establishment of this date, and its validity in light of more recent and (much more) authoritative findings. The use of this mistaken date does *not* make any of the other things you mention false, but the date is certainly mistaken.
