so yea i met this guy on myspace but my pic looks different than i do he keeps calling me sexy and stuff like that but a picture says a thousand words but the real thing says a million so i wanna lose weight FAST i was thinking about trying hoodia does it work becuse he is already mad at me and i don't wanna lose him i really like him and i have never really gone out with anyone i really need him but i can only meet him when i look good i need to lose about 30 pounds or 50 idk by the way i am 5'5 160 pounds


by the way he is not a predator and if i go i will def. take a friend or even 2 and i will meet him in a populated area

Hey! Whoa! Be careful. First I want to ask what age are you. If you are young don't even think about meeting a stranger you only know on the internet. You have the right idea to meet somewhere busy and have a friend there and the first time dont wander of anywhere just the two of you. Next, dont loose weight too quickly, it is not good for you, but certainly think about the long term, think about yourself. Put it simply, if you are overweight, you are likely to be cutting years of your life and reducing your quality of life. If he does not accept you for having a big body forget about him, it wasn't supposed to be then. Take care now.

well one of the best things to do to loose weight is to start jogging, do some crunches(try to do this in reps)...try not to eat after 6 or 7 PM...n when u need a late night snack stay away from carbs (bread, crackers, pasta, etc)...hey make sure u dont forget to take ur friends with u...BE CAREFUL WUT UR DOIN IS TYPE DANGEROUS...u can do other workouts if u do workout 4
out of the 7 days in the week...take care
