Do you know a nice Caribbean hotel for a 3-4 day meeting for 75 people?

I am working on planning an event for a group of people and I really need some names of nice hotels in the Caribbean that have enough meeting space for 75 people. We are going to have a general session and several breakout sessions. Typically the event is held in the US and is 3 days long but since everyone will be travelling farther we are thinking about making it 4 days. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I have the answer for you. Why not all meet in Miami and hop onboard Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas? They have a 3 day cruise and a 4 day cruise which debarks on either Friday or Monday. The hotel can accompany all of your needs and beyond. I was a past employee and sailed on this ship for a few months. This particular ship is used for these types of events all of the time and yes there are several conference rooms for breakout sessions with audio/visual access with technical staff onboard to help. The rates are very reasonable that will include travel to and from the ship.

3 Day- Friday, embark Miami/ Sat, Coco Cay/ Sun, Nassau/ Monday Debark.
4 Day- Monday embark Miami/ Tues, Nassau/ Wednesday, Coco Cay/ Thursday, Key West/ Friday, debark.

Nassau, Bahamas is always an easy destination to get to and depending on your budget, Cable Beach has some great resorts that are all-inclusive and of course the Atlantis on Paradise Island. Other popular destinations are Cancun, the Mayan Riviera, Puerto Vallarta...all in Mexico, Jamaica or Costa Rica that is a part of the US. Hope this helps.
