My friend is bugging me....help?

i have tis friend that i have known 4 2 years last year we spent every wakin minute 2gether she was my only friend, this year i met a group of 20 other girls and now i no what a real friendship is she hates other people and is like my shadow....i need sum space, she doesnt even walk bside me n e more, she walks bhind me its really irritating now that i no what real friends are what should i do, she keeps calling me best friend and pal, truth is shes not i dont even like her anymore i dont mean to sound horrible but she is just a pest now!

Be-careful on how to handle your situation. Some how you have to slowly break off the friendship. If she is that obsessed with your friendship she could turn into a stalker or something wacky. If possible try pawning her off on someone else. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Let her know that you have other friends also, tell her you like to spend quality time also with your other friends. Tell her that you are still her friend, but she got to stop acting the way that he act, because its getting on your last nerve.

She was good enough to be your only friend last year so that should say a lot for her. Good friends are very hard to find so think long and hard before you do something you may regret in the future. She may feel like you don't care about her and you sure sound a bit selfish in the way you wrote this. You may want to talk to her and as a person who spent very waking minute with you she may see somethings about these other friends you don't because your excited to have more than one friend at the moment. And if you are making her feel like shes not able to walk next to you and feel like your shadow then maybe you need to look at what kind of friend you are being to her.
