Was Enkidu A Space Astronaut?

In my hardback book of the epic of Gilgamesh on page 12 it talks about a hybrid man that Gilgamesh meet when his friend named Enkidu was taken and describes it.

Enkidu says he was taking among the talons of a eagle that blazed with fire (a spaceship) and he also goes and give detailed document of his space travel he says ' Look down at the land. What does it look like? Look at the sea. How does it seem to you?' And the land was like a mountain and the sea like a lake. And again he flew for four hours and said to me ' Look down at the land. What does it look like? Look at the sea. How does it seem to you? And the earth was like a garden and the sea like the water channel of a gardener. And he flew higher yet another four and spake ' look down at the land. What does it look like? Look at the sea. How does it seem to you? And the land looked like porridge and the sea like a water trough.''

In this case so this living hybrid man Enkidu must have seen the earth from some great height.

This account is too accurate to have been the product of pure imagination.

Is this mere fact or imagination?

As John pointed out, these terms could hardly be called "accurate" and to whatever degree they represented reality, they do not require anyone going up into the sky to figure them out. What is there about those descriptions that makes you think this person "must" have seen these things from up in the sky?

Why did you say "(a spaceship)" when the guy clearly said a flaming eagle? Don't you think ancients had a sense of imagination? A space ship is a more parsimonious explanation?

Erich von Daniken and Zechariah Sitchin would love it, though. Anything goes.
