Ex gf? or not?

gf, doesnt want a relationship, so i got dumped a few days ago, i told her ok i will give her no contact and space to work it out, she said no she couldnt do that and would want to carry on talking and meeting. What she has told me is that she loves me and cares for me and all that and says there is no one else, and wants me in her life and a special friend. I told her I couldnt coz I had feelings still for her and it wouldnt be fair on me. I went to see her the other night after a few days of not seeing each other, and she gave me the best hug and longest french kiss ever, we held hands and chatted about all sorts as soon i said we could not be like this as friends, coz you dont kiss and that like friends do you? she backed off cried and then sent me home, its likes she wants the realtionship, but without the ties of being in one, but she wants the kissing, the sex, she agress that theres no one else and there wouldnt be, theres just me in her life. do i hang on? & see if a future?

Something is causing her to pull away that you aren't identifying. Maybe you don't know, or maybe you do and just don't mention it in the question. At any rate she seems to care about you and want to be with you but has obviously identified something that makes her not want to be your girlfriend.

If this thing is something that you don't think she can ever get over, you may want to back away. If this thing is something that really isn't worthy of the significance she's giving it, hang in there and she will probably come around.

that is a tough one, i think you really have to know wether or not you want the relationship lke that? if you dont know what it is you want to happen then you wont be able to feel comfortable in a situation with her. also you have to tell er flat at wether or not and if shes still confused you have to walk away because you'll just end up heart broken.
