Best friend help, please read for the details.?

Me and my best friend are like glue. Every day at school we hang out at lunch and we usually hang out after school a couple times a week, and we have sleepovers quite often. Like, just last weekend we rented a bunch of movies and had a blast. We love hanging out with eachother. We are the best of friends.
Until yesterday. At lunch I couldn't find her- she wasn't in our usual meeting spot. Then I found her 10 minutes before lunch was over, and she seemed anything BUT happy to see me. Then after school (we walk home together) when I was coming out of last block to meet her in the front, I saw her running out the door. I caught up to her. She must have been putting on a friendly act, because when I got home I messaged her on facebook asking if I had done something wrong, and she replied with a harsh message saying that she 'needed her space' and wanted to hang out with other people, and how it was always just 'me and her', and she 'needs a breather.'
What do I do? I can't go on like this

that really retated its not like u ddi anything u were just being really good frien well so that u uys are still frind call her and hang out with her a couple of times but like not every day and then she will be friends with u again but u might not be best friends but u guys are still probably gonna be great friends! well good luck

She may have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on you. Give her some space and maybe she'll realize what a good friend she's losing.

Give her a few days hang out with other people let her see your not desperate for her.
Talk to new people....

First of all maybe you guys have been hanging around each other alot but she just want a lil time to her self don't worry because when the new people that she hang around aren't there for her then she will feel bad and come running back or maybe she just wanted to meet new friends so if your not around she has somone else to talk to .
