How Do I Deal With My Bad Neighbours?

My Neighbours Are Always Hitting The Walls And Makeing Alot Of Noise On Purpose They Even Glued My Locks,
I Have Went To A Meeting With The Neighbours Hosted By The Neighbour Committe But This Didnt Stop Them,
You'll Never Beileve Why It Started It Was Over A PARKING SPACE My Son's Girlfriend Passed Her Test And Got A Car So I Asked Them To Park There Car A Tiny Bit More Down And They Took Offence I've Called The Poilce May Times And Yet They Continute HELP PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO MOVE

Start writing a letter and make copies. Send one to the Neighborhood committee( who's obviously NOT doing their job), the police, property management, renter's rights, anyone who who might be of assistance.(Open your phonebook!) It's a palethera of info. And make sure to note at the bottom that copies were sent to the others. You'll probably be surprised at how many responses you'll get...not because they are all sooo concerned, but because they need to cover their butts. Write one to Civil Rights. It doesn't have to be a race thing. I'm white and wrote them on a matter concerning a problem my daughter was having.(non racial, by the way) They were VERY helpful!! p.s. And in the meantime, I recommend what Reverend Al said!

Make a police report about the lock gluing. Tell you landlord.

Do not do anything to them -- just keep up w/ the landlord and poilce. write down everything they do.

Maybe you can get a restaining order or file a harrassment suit against them.

If it's council housing, make a list of all the incidents then contact the council

I had this problem once similar to yours but my neighbours moved eventually.. It's difficult really, you could get CCTV fitted so if they did glue your locks again they would be caught on camera, then you have evidence for the Police. As for knocking on the walls, basically just let them get on with it without retaliating if you can, they may get fed up of doing it.. If you live in a council house you can report them you know.

Take a dump right in front of their door. Maybe they'll step in it.

Tell your local council, and if the house they live in is a council house, get them kicked out!

I had this same problem. I just can't start to explained all the things my one neighbor was doing to my family. I kept my distance and called the police when he was really in the wrong and I knew the police would get there in time to catch him. Finally after a couple of years he finally he moved as a result of financial reasons.

I recommend that you do not acknowledge them or have any kind or conversation with them what so ever. As far as the parking goes try to get home before they do so you can park there. But if he does get the spot don't let him know you are upset about it!!! He will really be more bothered my that in itself. He is feeding off your misery so don't let him bother you.

A bomb. Use a letter bomb. I'd love to do that to my neighbours, they are just like this. The woman has never spoken civilly to me. She caused a huge bust up once because my fence protruded onto her land my 1mm. Then she built a structure that protrudes onto mine by a foot. She's a waste of life. I'd like to post a letter bomb there.
