The Design is a skull in the middle of my forearm with angel wings on both sides that go around to the other side of my arm and meet at the center.
The writing is for now "only god can judge me" in russian.
I drew it in marker to plot it out. The words should be smaller also and take up about half the space it does.

It will vary from studio to studio, the only way to find out is take it to several different studios and ask. There is no set pricing guideline for tats.

Remember this, though, you get what you pay for, so be sure to find a reputable artist and pay the extra for good work.
