Girls out there.... Can you help me? Where did I go wrong?

I met a very great girl. And it was one of those things where we instantly connected and became really close. I felt so open to her and told her everything she wanted to know. We talked daily, by texting and myspace. I knew her so I knew she was a real girl. Unfortunately she lived in a town 15 miles away. We always reminded each other how much we meant to one another. She had a bf, but of course I never made any moves for her. She told me she couldnt wait to be with me-because I was moving to her town and school- I was very happy.
Finally we agreed to meet in person at a basketball game, and I was nervous but I kept composed. She automatically hugged me. And introduced me to her friends. One was a boy who drove her there, he was just a family friend. We went into the gym and talked for awhile. But then we kind of spaced out and had nothing to talk about. Every once in awhile I would say something. but her answers were always short. She left me to talk to her guy friend.

And I was alone. At the end of the game, her and her guy friend left the gym hurridly and tried to get away from me. I followed them, and she said she had to go and hugged me goodbye. then she completely stopped talking to me, got a new bf and is really mad. What'd I do !?!?!?!?!?!?!?

well some people are just boring in person, maybe it was only a cyber connection or maybe she likes her guy friend...or maybe she found you annoying or something, im not sure id suggest talking to her about it, or hanging out alone next time..good luck!

i dont wanna be harsh but mabe she didnt think u were as attrative in person as on myspace.
its a reality.

She probably thought you would have talked more and interacted with her friends, even if they were guys that you hardly knew
