What's the best way to find a meeting facility for a small group of 4 people?

I'm trying to find a comfortable meeting space, somewhere in the greater Westchester, NY area. Preferably in someplace "quaint." My only problem is, every meeting facility is more well suited for 100+ people, and I have only 4. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why not just meet at the public library, they usually have small meeting rooms and they don't charge!!

Call the local chamber of commerce. Most chambers have lists of places with meeting space, and the number of people and type of space each has.

I'd look at bed & breakfasts in the area. See if they'll rent out a room as a meeting place. Good luck!

Sometimes libraries have space or rooms that can be used. We used to go there to hold parent teacher conferences. Another idea would be a smaller restaurant. They often have sectioned off rooms for small groups. Someones home is another suggestion. If you only have four people to deal with.

Check with your local library. They sometimes have small study rooms. You might even consider meeting in an open air restaurant. Also, some hotels have "suites" that have living rooms that can be used for meeting purposes.
