How much space should a girl have?

Hi, I'm a junior in high school. I was just wondering, how much space should you give a girl you like? I try not to be clingy, and the problem with that is that I don't know if she thinks I'm a jerk if I don't talk to her. What if I'm trying to give so much space that I'm actually ignoring her? I just wondered about the space because it's hard to know. I mean, it's a given that when a girl meets Orlando Bloom or something they obviously wouldn't care about space, they're obsessed with him, but I'm just an ordinary person.

First of all....NObody is "just ordinary"...we are ALL EXTRAordinary in some way (so there)

Now, a good rule of thumb is to try to treat her a lot like you like to be treated....you know what makes you happy and comfortable...try that. You LIKE for her to talk to you and notice you and show you she's happy you're around....chances are, she likes the same things too. Try that.

If it doesn't work, try asking her if you're giving her too much or too little space. It couldn't hurt and at LEAST she'll see you ARE trying.

Good luck to you.

Why don't you have the whole "space" talk. Come to an agreement that works for both of you. Space is different for different people and it is different with different people. Just because I don't want to talk to some people everyday, there are others I see everyday and love it. Just comes to an understanding that works for you both.

It depends on the individual but generally: talk to her and let it be known that you like being around her but don't spend every waking moment hovering around her. Make sure you spend some time apart doing individual things and hanging out with your own friends, but you don't need to ignore her completely.

Just be yourself and let the balance come naturally. Think of how much space you give everyone else, like your friends; you don't hang out with them every single minute of every single day, but you don't avoid them either.

AH
stop obsessing, you!
when you are around the girl you like dont give her TOO much space or else she will think you arent intersted.

too little and well..bad first impression.

dont worry about orlando bloom hes engaged or something.

just try to be yourself! be charming, be sweet, talk to her, and if she likes you then great! and if not there are other fish in the sea

right?

An island by herself.
